ARICEA

The Association of Regulators of Information and Communications for Eastern and Southern Africa (ARICEA) was launched in 2003 and established in accordance with the terms of its Constitution. The Association shall have legal personality with the capacity and power to enter into contracts, acquire, own or dispose of movable or immovable property and sue or be sued in its name. It is one of the COMESA Institutions.

The RWANDA UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY (RURA hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds towards the cost of SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING, TEST AND MAINTAIN A MEDIA CONTENT MONITORING EQUIPMENT.

Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

RURA now invites bids from eligible bidders to provide the following services: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING, TEST AND MAINTAIN A MEDIA CONTENT MONITORING EQUIPMENT. More details on the supplies are provided in the bidding document.
